About us
Phoenix 365 Care Services Ltd aims to be a trusted provider of safe and nurturing and homes for children in the west Midlands. Our collective experience in the health and social care sector allows us to combine knowledge, skills and expertise gained over the years to create a stable home for vulnerable children to aspire, thrive and achieve to the best of their abilities.
Our Approach
We aim to provide a caring, safe, and protective home environment to children aged 7-17 years who can no longer live with their families. We recognise that each child who comes to us is unique. Therefore, our support is individualised, specific and sensitive to the child’s needs. We are mindful that the children coming into our care will often come from unhappy homes. So as well as protecting and nurturing them, we aim to offer them trauma-sensitive support in a warm, happy and safe environment where they can develop and thrive.
Nethergate House
Nethergate House is a family-sized home for up to two children where we will promote participation in education, hobbies and leisure activities of their choice. We understand the importance of having a room that reflects an individual’s taste and personality, and will encourage each child to participate in decorating their own bedrooms.
Located in a residential area, Nethergate House is like any other home, and has easy access to local amenities and transport links. This is a home where structure, safety and stability will be a priority. We will offer 24-hour onsite care from two staff who will guide and mentor children to achieve age-appropriate independence, build positive relationships and to take responsibility for their actions.
